PAIA Real Estate was established in 1999 with the idea of offering to its customers a consulting and Real Estate brokerage service that first of all complies with the criteria of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism. In 2008, to meet numerous demands of customers who wanted to diversify their investments operating in foreign markets, PAIA obtained several internationally recognized specializations in Real Estate brokerage.
Today we sell luxury homes, historical properties and small hotels in Umbria, Tuscany and Venice, while abroad we operate in the USA (and the Bahamas) where we cooperate with colleagues belonging to the largest network of professionals in the world operating under the same code of ethics
PAIA Real Estate, in addition to the usual services, offers to its customers who are looking to buy a property, the “Real Estate Personal Assistant” service. Following your instructions, we can do, on your behalf: the property search, the preliminary inspections, the preventive checks and Land Registry searches saving your valuable time and energy. There is no additional cost for this service other than the usual commission due by the Buyer (In Italy only).
The certification CIPS (Certified Intl. Property Specialist) is awarded by NAR to its member REALTORS who attend specialized courses in International Real Estate business. The TRC certification (Transnational Referral Cert.) is issued by ICREA, International Consortium of Real Estate Association, of which FIAIP is an active member.
Today in the world there are about 1900 CIPS professionals located in 60 Countries, and PAIA is one of the 7 in Italy. The CIPS and TRC agents subscribe to the same ethical code and utilize multiple trans-national collaboration tools, providing to their customers qualified assistance and advice in almost every part of the world.
